Mount Etna erupts again

Italy's Etna volcano (Etna) lava gushes out of the crater, Sicily. On November 24, Etna volcano once again entered a state of violent eruption, with lava eruptions occurring at an average of every 30 to 60 minutes, and lava eruptions reaching hundreds of meters in height. The Italian government has issued a second level [orange] aviation alert. Mount Etna is the highest and most active volcano in Europe, with an altitude of 3,300 meters above sea level, and has entered an active state of intermittent eruption since 2013, with four violent eruptions so far in 2023.
