Rare Van Gogh prints on display

The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam is displaying a rare set of Van Gogh prints, "The Old Man Drinking Coffee", Netherlands. The Old Man Drinking Coffee was created by Van Gogh in the fall of 1882 in The Hague, Netherlands, and features an elderly man living in a nursing home in The Hague, the most frequent model in Van Gogh's work. Van Gogh attempted to make his works available for mass distribution at a low price in the form of prints from 1881 to 1883, but the plan was ultimately unrealized.
